Settling in/extra hours
Morning snack is fresh fruit, rice cakes / breadsticks and milk or water to drink
Afternoon snack is homemade tomato and vegetable soup (which the children have helped to make), bread and vegetable sticks with milk or water to drink
Although this cost for snack and lunch is a voluntary charge, we do hope that as many families as possible will make this small contribution each week, as healthy food is so important to young children’s growth and development, and helps to foster lifelong healthy eating habits.
We have a section on the Famly Permissions on your child’s Famly account for you to confirm if you are happy to pay for snacks and lunch or would like to opt out.
Forest school sessions during term times
(Monday's for children over 3 years of age)
Parents are required to provide a full pack of wipes and a full pack of nappies for their child, and we will contact you to let you know when we have run out
We are open during all school term times. We also offer additional optional childcare (outside of your child’s normal booking schedule) for 2 weeks during the Easter holidays and 3 weeks during the August school holidays.
We require a deposit of £50 to be added to our waiting list.
We take bookings no more than 1 year prior to a child starting.
Priority is given to existing children, siblings and those wishing to start at the beginning of the academic year (September to January).
If you require a later start date, we will contact you should spaces be available at the time.
If we are unable to offer your chosen sessions, we will offer you alternative days. If this is not suitable, and you decide you no longer wish to take up the booking, we will refund the deposit.
Your child’s space will be secured following receipt of fees invoiced 2 months in advance.
The £50 deposit will be credited from your 2nd invoice should you take up your booking.
If you choose not to take up the booking, we will not refund the deposit.
We will waiver the £50 deposit for families who are in financial hardship.
